Chris received a Bachelor of Business Management degree from East Texas Baptist University. Chris has a diverse background in business management, marketing and software development. As founder of Gym Fit in Marshall, Texas in the 90s, Chris, discovered early on the need for improving class management software and pioneered online class management technology through personal research and development. Early in Chris’ career, Chris studied computer programming and web based application design. Chris’ accolades are numerous in business management, marketing and software development:
Tim received his undergraduate degree from Texas State College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and specialization in Studio Art. With a diverse background in the creative arts stretching back more than twenty five years, Tim has worked on a wide variety of campaigns and branding projects. Tim, a principal owner and Key Creative’s Creative Director, brings the driving creative force behind Key Creative’s design and project management girth. With a background in screen printing, outdoor advertising, print media, web and video Tim brings a skill set to the Key Creative team that enhances the depth of knowledge in marketing and multiple media. Tim’s design point of view is diverse, however his style keeps to classical traditions while putting a fresh edge on type and design that is seen through out his body of work. Tim served as managing editor of Uniquely Longview Magazine where he over saw all operations of the magazine for 8 years before resigning to form his own design company Key Creative. Tim has also served on the Cultural Activities Advisory Commission for the City of Longview and is an active member in the Greggton Rotary Club serving as Vocational Director.
Lance graduated from Texas A&M in 1992 with a BBA in Marketing. He started his software career in Houston, Texas as an installation analyst for a large, international, business software company dealing with inventory, accounting, sales, and payroll. After getting married and moving to Dallas, Texas, he began working as a software engineer in the medical software industry. He worked on many large projects and managed both programming teams and customer accounts including some of the nations leading medical schools and large, multi-specialty groups. Throughout his career, Lance has enjoyed using his creative side to build custom software solutions and solve difficult issues. In 2001, he left the corporate world and began working on his own as a contract programmer. In 2009, he began working for KeyCreative and enjoys developing Internet applications, custom web solutions, and top-shelf websites.
Originally from Pineville, Louisiana, Ryan graduated from Tioga High School, where he was exposed to variety of art and music. With a desire to see the world and gain a life experience, Ryan upon graduating enlisted in the US Air Force. While serving, Ryan traveled the world. It was during his traveling in the service that Ryan discovered his love for art and architecture. Upon returning to the States, he chose to pursue a career in the graphic arts. With an strong influence in youth culture, Ryan brings a fresh eye to the Key Creative team, lending a point of view that keeps pace with the up-and-coming X/Y generation. Ryan graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2009 earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design. Ryan’s interests include drawing and music and he is a baseball afficionado.
Steve, a Longview native and Spring Hill High School alum, started his interest in computers and web design early on. Upon graduation from high school, Steve began his college career at Kilgore College with a focus on Advertising Graphic Design. After receiving his Associate’s degree, he continued his education at the University of North Texas, graduating with a BA in Spanish. Steve’s background in commercial printing and his eye for current trends adds a modern perspective to the Key Creative design team. Steve is versed in WordPress and content management, graphic design, and motion graphics.
Blake received a BMU in Vocal Performance from Oral Roberts University in 1998. While at ORU, he developed a love for web and graphic design. After college, he moved back to Longview, TX and began working for a local church as their web and print media designer. In 2004, Blake started a web and print media business that expanded his design abilities and exposed him to a wide variety of design solutions as well as a few high profile clients. In 2011, he laid down his business to join the Key Creative team.
George has always had a love of technology, disassembling and re-assembling his first PC at age 12. George got involved with web development October of 2005. He stays up to date with the latest algorithm changes that affect search engine visibility as well as stays current on the subject of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Also he has extensive experience with a variety of PHP/MySql based CMS's (content management systems) including among others Wordpress and ExpressionEngine.

Greg graduated high school in 2000 and then later followed the footsteps of his father and brother and joined the US Air Force. He spent years inspecting, maintaining, and adjusting Aircrew equipment such as flight helmets, oxygen masks, parachutes,and, anti-G garments. After separating from the US Air Force Greg moved to Oklahoma where he studied Web Design & Development at Oklahoma City College. While studying he was introduced to many programming languages such as PHP, C++, JavaScript, and Visual Basic. Greg took an internship in the summer of 2011 at Key Creative where he learned hands on experience with content management systems such as Expression Engine. Greg joined the Key Creative team in September 2011. When Greg is not in the zone programming, he enjoys playing his PS3, Alabama Football, and eating Mexican food.
Born and raised in East Texas, Sarah, graduated from Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas in 2007 where she played multiple sports and was the Fightin' Indian Football radio announcer next to Mr. Brian Houston. Upon graduation from high school, Sarah decided to attend Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, earning her degree in Photography and Graphic Design. While attending college, Sarah worked three years for the Office of Instructional Technology as the Student Assistant for Distance Education, two years for the Office of Freshman Success as a Student Teacher, two years for Orientation Programs as an Orientation Leader and one year for Student Activities Association as the Late Night/Movie Series Coordinator. Sarah joined the Key Creative team after graduation in June of 2011. While not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, playing with her dogs, Beau & Macy , watching movies, taking pictures, listening to music and keeping up with the world's best baseball team, THE Boston Red Sox.
While he didn't touch a computer until the age of 11, he took his first
programming course at the age of 12 and by 13 had been admitted into the
University of South Carolina to study C++ (where he earned a 4.0). Since
then he has learned over a dozen programming languages and currently
spends most of his time building and analyzing complex applications
using PHP, Perl, MySQL, and Javascript. When time permits, his studies
are diverse and range from aviation to history to current political
thought.
